Free standard delivery applies to orders placed online with a total value of £20 or more, exclusive of training courses, college kits, and delivery charges. Orders must be shipped to mainland UK addresses, excluding Rural Scotland.

Next Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery is available for orders placed within the UK Mainland (excluding Rural Scotland) before 12:00 PM (GMT/BST) Monday through Thursday, subject to stock availability and potential security checks. College kits are ineligible due to their unique terms and conditions.

Orders placed between 12:00 PM on Thursday and 12:00 PM on Friday are scheduled for delivery the following Monday, unless Monday is a bank holiday, in which case delivery will occur on Tuesday. Please note that Next Day Delivery may be unavailable during promotional periods, bank holiday weekends, or the Christmas and New Year periods. While we strive to fulfil orders on the next working day during these times, the high volume of orders may delay delivery. We appreciate your understanding and recommend 3-5 working days for delivery during and after VAT-free sales.

It is important to understand that we are not responsible for late, missed, or non-delivered orders as independent courier companies fulfil these. In some cases, orders exceeding one parcel may be split for delivery, and deliveries may be left with a neighbour, at a post office, or at a parcel shop for your convenience if you are unavailable. Please note the opening hours of any alternative delivery locations.

While we endeavour to fulfil orders within the provided timeframe, unexpected circumstances sometimes cause delays. In the event of failed or late deliveries due to factors beyond our reasonable control, such as courier service issues or severe weather events, we are unable to accept liability for any resulting expenses or costs.

Delivery Timeframe:

Please note that delivery times may extend beyond standard business hours. While our courier partners typically deliver within business hours, they may operate until 7 pm, particularly during peak periods. To ensure your convenience, you will receive an estimated delivery window directly from the courier, notifying you of the expected hour of arrival. If you are unable to receive your parcel during the designated window, you may opt to delay delivery for up to three working days to a more suitable time, excluding pallet deliveries.

Discrepancies and Damages:

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives complete and in perfect condition, occasional errors or mishaps may occur. In the unlikely event you receive incorrect or damaged goods, or items listed on the delivery note are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please note that we are unable to accept liability for any loss of earnings or other consequential costs arising from incorrect, damaged, or missing items. However, we assure you that we will promptly investigate the matter and contact you with the next steps.

If necessary, any return shipping costs incurred due to discrepancies will be reimbursed. Please be advised that for cases involving damaged or incorrect items, we may request photographs to help expedite the resolution process.

In the event of your unavailability to receive your parcel at the time of delivery, our courier partners, following their standard procedures, may opt to leave the package with a designated neighbour or at a secure location, such as a parcel shop or post office.

Delivery Options:

You have the flexibility to designate a different delivery address from your billing address. This allows for convenient delivery to your workplace, a friend's address for gifting, or any other preferred location.

Alternative Option:

If unavailable during the specified timeframe, you may provide safe placement instructions for the delivery driver. While this option offers convenience, please be aware that leaving packages unattended is at your own risk.

Attention: Overseas Delivery Limitations

Please be advised that certain product categories are restricted for international shipping due to safety regulations and transportation limitations. This includes items such as:

  • Flammable materials
  • Hazardous substances

Therefore, any orders containing these restricted items placed for delivery outside of the United Kingdom will unfortunately be unable to be fulfilled. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please be aware that when purchasing goods for delivery outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country upon arrival. Additionally, there may be further customs clearance charges.
