It’s a bit difficult for me to give a fully accurate review as I don’t think I had the right products for my hair type. I have scalp psoriasis and need to be very careful with what I use, so I contacted the customer service team for advice before ordering. The lady I spoke to was lovely, friendly, helpful and seemed very knowledgeable about the products.
Based on her recommendations, I ordered a few of the smaller sizes to try. When they arrived, they looked a bit different from the pictures online as they came in pouches rather than bottles, but that wasn’t a major issue.
Unfortunately, the products just didn’t work well for my hair. My scalp was fine, which was great, but my hair felt limp and lifeless and my curls lost their shape. When I contacted My Organic Hair Products to explain this, I was disappointed with the response. They offered to refund only the unused items and didn’t suggest any alternatives or replacements, which wasn’t very helpful since I had already tried them as advised.
Overall, while the initial customer service was lovely, the products weren’t a good fit for me and the follow up support could have been a bit more understanding.
This product smells amazing, leaving the hair feeling soft and bouncy. Will definitely buy again 😊

I have used this for a few years as a finishing spray after styling to give glossy shine and condition. It does what it says and smells lovely too.

I wouldn’t have bought this if I’d known that the main ingredient was Dimethicone, my fault for not seeing this.

An effective and safer alternative that doesn't trigger my daughter's asthma. We seem to need a bit more than usual to absorb the greasiness but worth that extra spray.
