Instructions

To use REF Stockholm Thickening Spray No. 215, shake the can well before application, then spray evenly into the roots of towel-dried or damp hair, focusing on the areas where you want added volume and fullness. Massage the product gently into your hair and scalp with your fingertips to help distribute it, then blow-dry or allow hair to dry naturally and style as desired. This light-hold spray builds texture and body while leaving hair flexible and touchable, and can be used before drying to create enhanced lift from the root or on dry hair to refresh body and fullness.

Initial Customer Service Good

It’s a bit difficult for me to give a fully accurate review as I don’t think I had the right products for my hair type. I have scalp psoriasis and need to be very careful with what I use, so I contacted the customer service team for advice before ordering. The lady I spoke to was lovely, friendly, helpful and seemed very knowledgeable about the products.

Based on her recommendations, I ordered a few of the smaller sizes to try. When they arrived, they looked a bit different from the pictures online as they came in pouches rather than bottles, but that wasn’t a major issue.

Unfortunately, the products just didn’t work well for my hair. My scalp was fine, which was great, but my hair felt limp and lifeless and my curls lost their shape. When I contacted My Organic Hair Products to explain this, I was disappointed with the response. They offered to refund only the unused items and didn’t suggest any alternatives or replacements, which wasn’t very helpful since I had already tried them as advised.

Overall, while the initial customer service was lovely, the products weren’t a good fit for me and the follow up support could have been a bit more understanding.
