This deeply nourishing conditioner helps restore softness and manageability in dry or dehydrated hair. Infused with plant-based moisturisers and REF’s Colour Preserve System™ for long-lasting hydration and shine. Available in 100ml, 245ml, and 1000ml.

Instructions

Use after shampoo or masque as a final step in your washing routine. Apply and distribute through hair. Leave in for 3-10 minutes depending on desired intensity, Rinse.

Organic Restructuring Shampoo for Damaged Hair 1000ml

I've used many hair thickening and volume products, and this is the best yet

Initial Customer Service Good

It’s a bit difficult for me to give a fully accurate review as I don’t think I had the right products for my hair type. I have scalp psoriasis and need to be very careful with what I use, so I contacted the customer service team for advice before ordering. The lady I spoke to was lovely, friendly, helpful and seemed very knowledgeable about the products.

Based on her recommendations, I ordered a few of the smaller sizes to try. When they arrived, they looked a bit different from the pictures online as they came in pouches rather than bottles, but that wasn’t a major issue.

Unfortunately, the products just didn’t work well for my hair. My scalp was fine, which was great, but my hair felt limp and lifeless and my curls lost their shape. When I contacted My Organic Hair Products to explain this, I was disappointed with the response. They offered to refund only the unused items and didn’t suggest any alternatives or replacements, which wasn’t very helpful since I had already tried them as advised.

Overall, while the initial customer service was lovely, the products weren’t a good fit for me and the follow up support could have been a bit more understanding.
